inspirational driving

There were flyers around to encourage drivers to think more positively while driving. I was in a car at the Macs of the corner of Uni and Princess, buckling my seatbelt and reading a flyer. I saw a guy on the road but it was kind of dark so I was worried about him getting hit. So I turned my car lights on so he could be seen.

Be alive!

Yesterday dreamt about Brian's brain being in files in a file folder. Everything compartmentalized.

Today when James woke me at 5:45am I had "Come awake" song going in my head and the words "Be Alive!"

He was cold- we got back to sleep and I had a dream about trying to give my students an exam but at first I thought they didn't have one but Lynann told me that Brian had given it to them earlier as a take home. So that was ok but then the screens went down and the computers all crashed. Did Graydon know? I had to let him know. I was going to call but I thought it would be quicker if I just ran upstairs but then I ran in all sorts of crazy spaces ending up in RMC.

James and his friends were hiding their games by the side of the ocean. He had found a Word to dsi converter and I was trying to get it to work.

When small children passed by they expected you to high five them.

Bobbi was proctoring but only 3 students. They were from my 020 class. I was watching from the balcony. Must have been Grant H.

There was a competition to unearth something. The competitors would go in this roped off area and dig until they found it or they fell (they were on a safety rope). There was only one competitor- a girl- left and I was trying to cheer her on but I couldn't remember her name.

I was trying to organize something at work but was having the most confusing conversation about who was doing what when with a student.

life as a book

I was with Dave and some other people in 311 waiting to interview someone. Couldn't remember who though. The room was much bigger. Dave pulled out the couch and was all like "ahhh". Someone came to the door but it wasn't the person we wanted to interview. Someone else had booked the room. Dave went to go see Bonnie. All these people files into the room, maybe a practice for a musical. Maybe I booked the wrong room. Dave was leaving Bonnie when I was coming in. |He didn't talk to me so I don't know what he found out. I looked it up on my computer and it was like the beepo practice or something.

I was reading a book about this woman with a hijab who was able to come to Canada to complete her education and she was so excited. "I am 39 going on 30!". I flipped to the back of the book to see what happens. She was so much like her mother.

I had arrived at a doctors office for my first day of work. They were happy I was there. Then the line up of people started and was out the door and down the hall. There were so many people.

I read a couple of dream dictionaries on what a line of people meant. One suggested there was a situation I still had to consider. The other suggested I had a sluggish digestive tract.

orchestra at the movies

Bas and I were at the movie. The light was on the curtain but it had not gone up yet so someone silly got up and stood in the light for a minute. Then the curtain went up the movie started with an orchestra but then part of the orchestra was live as well, on the sides. They were playing with the orchestra in the movie.

I got up and went out as I had to find something in the apartment buildings.

rearrangement

I dream that I was rearranging rooms in the apartment. James was going in the big room and I was moving into the storage space. I was going to renovate the red room.

Other people were changing apartments. People were moving in as fast as the landlord had people moving out.

Someone else had a green cedar chest like ours.
