Spiders

Dreamt about being in a meeting and there being spiders on the table. I was looking at them- how different they each looked.

Earthquake!

This morning there was a rumbling in my dream that was an earthquake. It just kept shaking and I woke up. (There was nothing really shaking when I woke up)

Niagara Falls

My dreams about Niagara Falls interest me. It's not like I've been there very often, though it is close to where I grew up. It represents so many things. It has the powerful falls and the tacky touristy bits. What does Niagara Falls mean to my subconscious though?

This was from 2 nights ago:
I was at an event in Niagara Falls. I don't remember what it was about. Brian was there, observing, not saying anything. When it was over, the boys wanted to get dressed up as stormtroopers and do some sort of Star Wars show. It was still light, I was glad and I decided to drive home on my own. I was free.

Last night:
I dreamt that I put some money on Bob and Carolyn's credit and then decided to spend it on Rolo ice cream in pots (only one at a time). The location was a type of hardware store. There were all these rakes upstairs in many different colours. People were dancing with the rakes. It was artistic.

Under construction

Last night we (most of N. America) got an extra hour of sleep due the time change. In theory anyway. I woke up at 4am. I think that was 6 hours of sleep. I did get back to sleep at 6am and between 6 and 7 I had a lot of dreams!

At Queen's there was lots of construction. It was tricky to get through classrooms due to plywood blocking things off. Some hallways were almost full with construction as they were taking out an old filter and putting a new one in. I couldn't find the usual bathroom that I went to, so I went in a different one, but it was really old and just a hole in the floor.
(That the filter was being changed I see as a positive thing- filters control the air we breathe. Let's breathe fresh air!)

James and I were running around the block and I changed his shoes to watersock shoes as they were wet. Then he ran through a puddle and I made him take off his socks as they were wet so he ran in bare feet and watersocks, though they sometimes fell off which annoyed him.
