Fallen trees and fallen heros

In my dream in the backyard there was a large tree that was broken and had fallen.

Dreamt about Ryan and I told him he looked well (healthy) and I gave him a hug (even though I had not in real life) and held on.

5 babies

Dreamt I was in the hospital because I had 5 babies at one time. 2 of them died right away and 3 were still fighting for their lives and required a lot of prayer. People came to visit me in the morning. Al and Shari were the first. Shari said I could come and have a nap in her car when I needed a break.

In another part of the dream people were getting calls for improvement(?) and Chelsea got one and Todd was like, why are you calling her?
