Driving in a car in the downpour

 I was in the passenger seat driving in a car up a mountain and there was a downpour. The lady driving wanted me to open my window, which was strange as it was pouring rain. But then the button didn't work so she leaned over to make sure it was open.

Then I was biking but it was now sunny. There was a doctor giving commentary how a hospital should not be allowing something wrong to go on. Not directly but indirectly.

Sand-wich

 A girl ordered a sandwich with real sand in it.

Al was working on a display but noone understood him.

Someone entered the hotel in the wrong door and I was trying to direct them to the right office.
