Wound

In my dream, there was a guy who had been wounded in his side and was bleeding, so I called 911 to get help. But when I called it was a recorded announcement saying press 1 if... press 2 if... I can't remember what the 5 choices were but I pressed #2 (maybe for ambulance?) And we waited, but there were no sirens and no emergency vehicles showed up.

Calling for help, but nothing happening.
