Where the bathrooms are unequal

I was inside an institution- maybe RMC and I had to use the bathroom. The bathroom didn't have a sign on it but I saw a guy go in the one across the hall so I guessed it must be the ladies. The building was lots of concrete as was the bathroom, though the stalls were a metal burgundy colour. The first stall when I walked in was very small and had no door. I didn't go in that stall. The second stall was huge and had a door. The toilet was also pretty high. What a difference in 2 stalls.
