There was a room in the library that needed painting and the windows needed cleaning. I explained what needed to be done and left Gillian in charge. When I came back they had painted some of the windows. I was a bit surprised. I tried to listen to what their reasoning was. I could feel a draft coming through one of the painted windows and was worried about that. I was also worried that they had painted over the barrier that we needed to open for the staff meetings.
