14 kids in a small broken down house

In my dream Brian and Lindsey had 14 kids from teenagers to itty bitty babies in a little house. (IRL they have girls around 12 and 14) I saw a lot of the kids as Brian and Lindsey were obviously very busy. I needed to go to the bathroom so one of the kids was showing me the way. We went up the stairs but then there was a big hole where wood was missing to walk to the bathroom. The child was not concerned, suggesting a jump was easy. I did not want to jump so I went back downstairs and did stuff with the kids. Eventually I really needed to go to the bathroom and I was there. I must have jumped from the first floor to the second floor.

There was a growth on me. There was a patch of skin that was discoloured and then had a growth coming out that looked like a goblet. The base of it attached to me. The top was a darker brown than the rest of the growth that was more of a beige.
