Key word

 In reading a document I had to tell the lady the key word. I said "Mark" but then immediately knew it was wrong and said "Matti"

We were at a school and I was trying to help a mother with young girls. I had a jacket and was trying to determine from the teacher if it belonged to one of the girls.
